Do you travel?
Yes! We mainly service the OKC metro, Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Norman & Mid-Del, but we are up to travel anywhere! Delivery fee is $2 per mile from 73013. There is a $200 Delivery minimum. Any order under this amount can be picked up at our Edmond location.
How long will the balloons last?
Balloons that are installed indoors will last 2 weeks+. There is no guarantee on how long balloons will last outdoors. There are many factors that contribute to the lifespan of balloons outdoors, so if you would like the most use out of them, we recommend installing indoors. There is a $50 outdoor installation fee for outdoor setups.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book as far in advance as you would like. The earlier the better!
I bought a balloon garland kit from Amazon. Can you inflate the balloons for me?
No we cannot. This is for many reasons. We only work with professional quality balloons which can be purchased in-store. We also can customize a kit for you so you have everything you need to do it yourself. However, if you would like our design skills, it will have to be with our products.
Is there an order minimum?
There is no order minimum, however we will only deliver and install balloon garlands over $200. All orders have the option to be picked up at our store (minus rentals.)
Is there a deposit to book?
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to get your event booked. The remaining amount is due 24 hours before your event. If you are booking less than 1 week before your event date, there may be a rush fee and payment is due in full at the time of booking. There is also a service agreement that needs to be signed.
Are there any pickup options?
Yes! Any balloon decor under $200 is for pickup only, however anything can be picked up if you like. If you do decide to pickup your order, it is your responsibility to install on your own. We will provide you with everything you need to hang your garland.
I am not sure what I want to order for my event. How can we discuss options?
We would be happy to discuss with you through text, email or in person at the store! Please contact us and we can discuss all available options.
We cannot hang anything on the walls at my event venue. Can I still get a balloon garland?
Yes. We have multiple backdrop options available for rent. You can view them in our service catalog.
