Welcome to OKC Balloon Bar! We’re a locally-owned, woman-owned business that puts a personal touch and a pop of joy into everything we create. From backyard birthday parties to life’s major milestones, we’re ready to help make your celebrations one-of-a-kind.
How It All Started
The spark for OKC Balloon Bar came from a personal place—our founder Meia’s own wedding planning! After discovering the world of balloon art while searching for the perfect decor, she decided to try it herself. What began as a creative outlet in 2020 soon became a true passion, and countless hours of practice turned that fun hobby into a professional craft.
That skill, combined with the discipline and focus she practiced as a collegiate athlete at the University of Oklahoma, gave her the perfect foundation to start a business. In January 2023, Meia officially opened OKC Balloon Bar’s shop in Edmond, OK.
Today, she channels her passion into crafting beautiful art for her community that helps make every party one to remember, all while being a proud mom of three amazing kids!
