OKC Balloon Bar offers exchanges or returns on bagged balloons with a valid receipt.

All other sales—including custom orders, helium balloons, and kits—are final. We encourage you to inspect your order carefully at pickup; if you have any concerns, please discuss them with our team before leaving the shop.
