The Business holds the right to decline any modifications to orders. Cancellations If you must cancel your pickup order, please let us know as soon as possible. After 3 months, any monies not used will be forfeited. If you cancel within 48 hours of your pickup date, we are not able to offer a refund as your order is most likely already being worked on. You have the option to continue to pickup your order as planned or forfeit all monies paid. Pickup Details All Pickup orders should be picked up from our store location: 1133 W 15th St Edmond, OK 73013 during normal business hours which will be listed on the pickup section of your invoice. If you are not able to pickup during normal business hours please contact the business so that we can try our best to work out another arrangement. If your order is not picked up by end of business on your scheduled pickup day, it can be picked up on our next open day of business. *Hooks and hanging materials can be provided to you upon request. Written instructions on how to hang are included. Vehicles Please arrive to pickup your items in an appropriate vehicle. Most SUVs are perfect for pickup balloon designs. We do NOT recommend picking up balloons in a truck with an open bed. Please have the seats in your vehicle down and free from any items to create the most usable space for the balloons to fit. The Business is not responsible if your pickup items cannot fit inside of your vehicle. We can detach or disassemble some items if we are able to, but please be aware that this may affect the final design once you unload it. DO NOT LEAVE BALLOONS INSIDE OF A VEHICLE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME WITH OR WITHOUT A/C. Changes in temperature can cause balloons to expand or deflate rather quickly. DO NOT LEAVE BALLOONS INSIDE OF A GARAGE. The lack of airflow can cause the balloons to expand or deflate rather quickly. Balloon Care Tips 1. Do not leave balloons inside of a vehicle with or without air conditioning 2. After balloons are picked up, they should be taken directly inside to let them settle at room temperature 3. Keep balloons away from sharp objects, cold objects, or hot objects 4. Balloons can be a choking hazard. Monitor children and animals while they are handling balloons 5. Do not leave balloons inside of a garage. The lack of airflow can cause balloons to expand (pop) or deflate 6.Handle balloons with care. While these are professional quality balloons, they still need to be handled gently to avoid any holes or problems with your final design Liability The Business is not responsible for pickup orders after they have left our shop and been loaded into your vehicle. If there are any problems with the balloons after you get them to your destination, please reach out to us and we can help you remedy the situation. Most pickup orders are made at least a day in advance, so if there are any faulty or defective balloons on your design we will know before it is released to you and they will be fixed. Please follow the Balloon Care Tips and your transport and Self Install will go smoothly. Signatures By typing your names as signatures below, you agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement.
