Air-filled balloons that are installed indoors will last 2+ weeks. There is no guarantee on how long balloons will last outdoors. Many factors contribute to the lifespan of balloons outdoors, so if you would like the most out of them, we recommend installing them indoors. There is a $50 outdoor installation fee for outdoor setups.

Yes! We mainly service the OKC Metro, Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Norman, and Mid-Del, but we are up to travel anywhere!

To have your balloons delivered, your order must be at least $40. We offer a flat $20 delivery fee for locations within a 25-mile range of our shop in Edmond, OK. If you are outside of a 25-mile range, please contact us, and we can discuss your delivery options.

Orders under the $40 minimum can be picked up at our shop.

No, we cannot. We only work with professional quality balloons, which are often not included in this type of garland kit.

You can purchase professional-quality balloons in our store. We can also customize a kit for you so you have everything you need to do it yourself!

We have latex and foil balloons! We include Hi-Float in all latex balloons.

The float time for a helium balloon often depends on the type of balloon.

Foil balloons hold helium very well, and you can expect them to float for at least one week—and often much longer!

Latex helium balloons usually don’t last as long as foil balloons, which is why we always treat our latex balloons with Hi-Float to maximize their float time. When treated with Hi-Float, an 11-inch latex balloon will float for two days or more.

We also sell balloon weights, fringe tassels, and vinyl customization. We will need 1 day’s notice to have these ready for you.

We can! Feel free to visit our shop in Edmond, and we’ll be happy to inflate those for you.

For the best results, we recommend that you use professional-grade balloons.

We are not currently renting out helium tanks, but hope to in the future.

We’ve made it easy! Every kit includes a printed guide with step-by-step instructions. If you’d like a digital copy, you can also find our instructions on our DIY Balloon Kit page.

We know that schedules get busy, so that’s not a problem at all! We have secure lockers outside of our shop that we can place your kit in. Then, you can pick up your kit any time that works best for you!

If you need to use a locker, just let us know and we will share all the details you need.

You can inflate your balloons days before your event! To ensure that your balloons look their best on party day, store them inside at room temperature. For the best results, keep them away from humidity and out of direct sunlight. For extra protection, you can keep your balloons in a mattress bag or covered with another opaque material.

We use professional-grade balloons, which means that they can hold up well in many weather conditions, including sunny Oklahoma summers and cold winters!

While they can hold their color and stay inflated longer than non-professional balloons, extreme heat or prolonged time under the hot sun may lead to popping.

To get the most out of your DIY balloon garland when you’re using it outside, we recommend that you:

• Keep it out of direct sunlight.
• Don’t place balloons on concrete and other heat-conducting surfaces.
• Keep the balloons off of dry or pointy grass.
• Move the balloons inside if temperatures go above 90F.
• If you are expecting hot conditions, leave the balloons slightly under-inflated (they will expand with the heat).

If you are pre-inflating the balloons, we find it helpful to transport them in bags to protect them from the sun and place a barrier between anything that could disturb the surface.

Additionally, we recommend that you do not leave the balloons in a warm vehicle.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to get your event booked. The remaining amount is due 24 hours before your event. If you are booking less than 1 week before your event date, there may be a rush fee, and payment is due in full at the time of booking.

In addition to your deposit, there is also a service agreement that needs to be signed.

Yes! Any order can be picked up if you prefer. If you do decide to pick up your order, it is your responsibility to install it. We will provide you with everything you need to hang up your garland!

Please note: We do not recommend pickup for garlands over 12ft.

Your garland will be waiting for you at our shop! We are located at 1133 W 15th St, Edmond, OK 73013.

Balloon garlands come in many different sizes, so transportation needs will vary. In general, we recommend using a full-size SUV with folded down seats to make sure that there is plenty of space to safely store your garland.

If you need to use a smaller vehicle, please let us know. We may be able to separate your garland into smaller pieces to make sure that everything will fit.

We do! Our locally-owned shop has the biggest selection and the best prices in the OKC Metro! We get new shipments every week, so there are always great options to choose from.

Our shop in Edmond offers bags of Tuftex and Sempertex balloons.

No problem at all! Simply fill out our online form to let us know what you need. We will email you an invoice for your selections (or recommend a great substitute if anything is unavailable).

Once paid, we’ll place your order in a secure locker at our shop in Edmond. We will send you a unique access code to retrieve your balloons at your convenience.
