How to Hang Your Balloon Garland
What’s Needed:
- Command hooks
- 260 balloons
When Hanging on a Wall:
Step 1: Pick up your balloon garland and hold it up where you plan to hang it on the wall. Apply Command hooks to the wall—place one at each of these key points:
- Where the arch will start.
- Where it will end.
- And one in the middle for extra support.
Step 2: Hold it up to the wall where you want it hung. While holding the garland with one hand, use your free hand to grab the dangling 260 balloon. Pull it taut, then:
- Wrap it tightly around one balloon in the garland.
- Continue wrapping it around a second and third balloon nearby to anchor it securely.
- Once it’s tightly wrapped, let go of the 260—it should hold the garland in place.
Repeat this step for each hook and 260 Balloon until your garland is fully secured.
When Attaching to a Backdrop Stand:
If you’re securing your balloon garland to a backdrop stand (instead of a wall), use binder clips instead of Command hooks. Clip them to the top, middle, and bottom of the backdrop frame.
Attach a 260 balloon to each clip, again leaving the long end hanging. From here, follow Step 2 to secure your garland to the backdrop using the 260s.
